Thoughtfully renovated and professionally designed, Eloise Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath beach retreat created for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the very best of island life. The property includes a beautifully appointed main house and a separate private guest cottage, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests while offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

Days here are meant to be easy—bike to the beach, cruise the island in the included 6-seater golf cart, spend the afternoon by the brand-new heated pool, and end the evening around the fire pit. With a fully fenced backyard, inviting gathering spaces, and thoughtful details throughout, Eloise Cottage feels like a true home away from home.
